Delivery & Returns
Delivery options and associated time frames are as follows:
- Greater Toronto Area: 4 - 6 business days* (GTA, and Golden Horseshoe)
- Ontario Zone 1: 4 - 6 business days* (South Western Ontario, Ottawa, Eastern Ontario & London).
- Ontario Zone 2: 5 - 8 business days* (Windsor, Central Remote, Eastern Remote, South-Western Remote & Northern Ontario).
*Delivery times exclude pre-order items. Delivery times vary by product type and method of delivery. Typically, urban addresses will receive packages within the early part of delivery estimates; expect the latter part of delivery estimates for rural addresses.
Orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Please ensure that you provide a physical street address for Standard Delivery.
Delivery times may be affected by weather or order volumes. Orders must be paid in full before they are delivered to their destination (for Standard Delivery).
You will be contacted by email once your order has shipped. Products will only be delivered to, and may only be picked up by, a person 19 years of age or older, who is not or does not appear to be intoxicated. It is your responsibility to be at the delivery address to receive your shipment.
Deliveries are free for the Greater Toronto Area. There is a flat fee delivery charge for orders that are delivered outside the Greater Toronto Area.
- 20$ delivery fee for orders delivered within Ontario Zone 1
- 30$ delivery fee for orders delivered within Ontario Zone 2
You will be contacted by email once your order is ready for pick up. When you pick up your order at our location, you must present a copy of your “Ready For Pickup” notification (which will be emailed to you), and government-issued photo ID, along with proof of legal drinking age. Products will only be delivered to, and may only be picked up by, a person 19 years of age or older, who is not or does not appear to be intoxicated. The orders will be held at our pick up location for 10 business days following the release date.

GALLEON will exchange any defective product purchased through the Site or if we are unable to exchange the product, we will issue a refund.
Galleon’s refund policy enables you to obtain a refund, or if possible, to exchange the defective product(s) provided that the bottle(s) returned must be at least three-quarters full and bought within the last twelve months. You will be required to provide your sales receipt, a failure which we will not exchange or refund your defective product(s).
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
